GENERAL QUESTIONS

1-What’s Your Minimum Order Quantity?

Simple and Regular Style: 50 pieces per style (can be mixed with 2 colours and 5 sizes)

Complicated and unique style: to be negotiated

2-How Can I Place An Order?

Please kindly send us your tech packs or just some pictures of the style you are looking for.

Our sales team will reply within 1 working day and confirm order details with you.

3-Can I Make A Sample Before Placing A Bulk Order? Sample Lead Time And Cost Sure.

The sample lead time is around 1-2 weeks, depending on your design.

The sample cost is around US$25–100 per piece, and the sample shipping cost depends on the sample quantity.

4-Do I Have To Send You The Tick Packs For Sample Orders Or Bulk Orders?

If you have a technical pack, it will help us understand your designs and requirements better.

However, a tech pack is not necessary. We can produce as per your sketch or just some pictures.

5-If I Send You The Samples, Can You Copy Them For Me?

Yes, sending us samples is the best way for us to understand your design.

6-What If I Don’t Like The Sample? Can I Get A Refund?

For any quality problem, we will be responsible for that and refund money.

If it is simply because you are not satisfied with the sample and want to make some changes, then the sample payment cannot be refunded.

7-Can Mass Production Be Different From Samples?

Yes, of course. It is all up to you, whether you want to keep things the same or make some adjustments.

8-Can I Get A Refund For The Sample Cost When I Make Bulk Orders?

The sample cost will be refunded when we do a bulk order for the corresponding design and the order quantity is more than 200 pieces.

For example, if you place a sample order of three different t-shirt designs:

Sample cost: US$30*3= US$90

Sample shipping cost: US$60

Total for sample order: US$90 + US$60 = US$150

If we make a bulk order for just one t-shirt design and the quantity is more than 200 pieces,We will refund US$90.

If we make a bulk order for all 3 t-shirt designs and the quantity is more than 900 pieces in total, We will refund US$150.

9-Can I Make Custom Labels And Tags For The Sample Order?

Normally, we will make labels and tags when we do bulk orders.

If you want labels and tags with samples, we will do it. You just have to pay design development for labels and full price for tags. because the MOQ for tags is 500 PCs.

We will pay them $20–$40 for labels, and they will do 1000 pieces for us.

If you really want to see labels on the sample, you just need to pay for labels when we do the sample order.

We will use some labels for sample orders and take care of the rest for bulk orders.

10-What Colours Do You Have?

For different fabrics, we have different colour swatches for you to choose from. For most of the fabric, we have more than 60 different colour options.

11-What Fabric Do You Have?

We have all kinds of regular (common) fabric as we are located in Sialkot, Pakistan, which is very close to one of the biggest fabric markets in the world.

We can also produce fabric with your own printing pattern.

12-Can I Use My Own Size Chart? Can I Order A Custom Size?

Yes sure.

13-What Kind Of Printing Do You Offer?

Silk screen printing (MOQ 50 pieces per design)

3D printing or high-density printing (MOQ 50 pieces per design)

Gold or silver printing (MOQ 50 pieces per design)

Heat transfer printing (MOQ 50 pieces per design)

14-Do You Do Embroidery?

Yes sure.

* There is no MOQ for sample orders.

15-Do You Offer Custom Accessories Like A Customised Zipper, Button, Drawstring, Tape, Label, Tag, Or Packing Bag With My Own Design?

Yes sure. Everything can be customised with your own design and logo. But need to pay customization costs based on design.

16-What’s Your Lead Time For Bulk Orders?

21 days–28 days, which is based on the design and order quantity.

17-What’s Your Business Process?

Firstly, please kindly send us your tech pack or just some pictures of the style you want.

Then, we discuss details and find the best solution for your design.

Next, we make samples and ship them to you.

After getting approval from you, we will start mass production.

Finally, we will ship the products to you.

18-What’s Your Payment Method?

In regard to sample orders, we accept Western Union to bank accounts. Because business payments are not allowed, cash pick-up or bank transfer (T/T)

As for bulk orders, normally we do bank transfers (T/T).

19-What’s Your Payment Term?

Sample order: 100% payment before sample production

Bulk order: 50% deposit before mass production and 50% balance before shipping out.

20-What Are Your Packing Details?

Standard packing: free

1 piece of clothing packed into a blank PP bag

Around 20–100 pieces pack into one carton.

Custom packing: the cost depends on your packing design.

21-What Kind Of Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

For most countries and regions, we offer:

1.DHL, UPS, and FedEx express delivery.

2.Air freight, and then DPD delivers to your address.

3.Sea shipping, and then DPD delivers to your address.
